On September 7th, Mother Marie Andre reached her 25th Anniversary of Entrance into the Religious Life. We had a lovely celebration for her on Sunday, September 8th. It was a beautiful day to give thanks to Our Lord for Reverend Mother’s witness and fidelity and for our Eucharistic vocation.
We remembered in prayer all who supported and continue to support Rev. Mother in her vocational journey – from the great cloud of witnesses (Our Lady, St. Joseph and all the Saints) to her beloved parents and family (especially her little sister….who happens to be our Mother Vicar, Sr. Marie St. Paul), from Bishop Olmsted and all her priest friends to the many Religious who have offered the gift of friendship through the years, and from dear old friends to all the Phoenix faithful who truly have become family to us!
In celebrating Mother Marie Andre’s anniversary, also we sought to honor Our Lord’s goodness, His nearness through each step of this journey and His Infinite Love! Belonging to the Lord is a great gift. Truly it is something to celebrate!
May we always praise Him with great praise!
