So many of our blog readers often inquire about our two Westies, Percy and Fergus. And so we have some very sad news to share: On November 26th, Percy got quite suddenly seriously ill, and on November 28th he died.
He was an amazing dog…and we miss him like crazy and are still in shock that he is gone. But he was a gift from our good God and we were blessed to enjoy him for nearly 7 years! He will be fondly remembered for his amazing donkey kicks, his wolf-like howling, his love of little stuffed piggies and all toys, his spunky independence, and so much more. The list could go on and on. He really was one in a million.
Say a prayer for all the Sisters – we miss him so much!
I’m so sorry! I know how much it hurts to lose a pet, especially when it happens suddenly.
How is Fergus coping?
My sincere apologies for your loss. May you find peace in the memories of Percy. In my prayers…
Oh Sisters, I’m sorry. Many of us know the pain of losing such a wonderful dog. They are so loving and ask little of us. Prayers to you all that your memories wont be as painful in the future. How is Fergus doing? He will need some extra TLC also.
God bless you all an I hope one day he brings another furry friend your way when it’s time.
Debra

Pope Benedict does not believe that animals go to heaven but Pope Francis said that they do go to heaven. I hope he is correct.

Dear Sisters:
My heartfelt condolences on the loss of your sweet friend and Wessie-Son. They are a light to us, are they not? He is now eagerly awaiting you on the rainbow bridge. Did he suddenly get the Valley Fever? There are so many strange symptoms with this ailment it isn’t always respiratory. I am sure you already have a good vet, I really adore Dr. Michelle at the North Buckeye Animal Hospital she gave such good support when my Zoe became seriously ill.
Peace and comfort to all of you,
Shaunna, Duke and Zoe
