MAY CROWNING

We are happy to announce that we will have May Crowning at Our Lady of Solitude Chapel on Sunday, May 12th, 2024 after the 9 a.m. Mass.  All children under 15 are welcome to bring a flower for Our Lady. After Mass, we will celebrate the May Crowning with prayers to Our Lady and the children will be invited to process up to the statue of Mary to offer her their flowers.

Please note: Each child participating in the procession is invited to bring flowers to give to Our Lady.

MASS TIMES IN MAY

During the month of May, some of our Mass times will not be at their regular times.  For daily Mass times, please check our online Mass calendar or see the bulletin board outside the Chapel.

For Sunday Mass times during the month of May:
May 5th @ 5 p.m.
May 12th @ 9 a.m. (Ascension and May Crowning)
May 19th @ 9 a.m. (Pentecost Sunday)
May 26th @ 1 p.m. (Trinity Sunday and Nuns’ Vow Renewal)

Please note: Beginning in June, all Mass times will return to normal (daily Mass @ 8 a.m. and Sunday Mass @ 9 a.m.).

DISCERNMENT RETREAT ON JUNE 8th

LEARN OF ME is a women’s vocational discernment retreat at Our Lady of Solitude Monastery in Tonopah, AZ., offering participants a unique encounter with the Poor Clares and their way of life.
